Valitics Update Policy
Valitics uses a structured process to collect web update requests from our clients.

Web Update Guidelines
- Rate and Time Tracking
- Our standard hourly rate for web design, development, feature & functionality and content updates is $95.00 / hr.
- All updates will be tracked and billed in 15 minute increments.
- The minimum time increment on all updates is 15 minutes.
- Turnaround Time
- Any updates estimated by Valitics to be under two hours to complete will be completed within 2 business days.
- Any updates estimated by Valitics to be over two hours to complete will be completed within 5 business days.
- Same day "rush" updates will be billed at double our hourly charge.
- Payment Terms
- All work that is tasked and timed during a month will be invoiced on the first business day of the following month, and is due net 15 days.
- Payments that are not received by the due day will accrue interest at 2.5%.
- Work that you approve will be considered final and will be invoiced according to the above mentioned terms. Any additional changes or update requests on such work will be subject to this policy as a new update.
How to Submit Updates
- Email all updates to updates@valitics.com
- In your email, please:
- Provide an explanation of what you want completed in the body of the email
- Provide any text content that needs to be added/updated in a word processor document (Word, NotePad, Pages, etc.). Attach these documents to your email.
- For wording changes that need to be made on a page (i.e. a few words within a sentence), provide the full sentence to be changed and the location of that sentence within the page.
- Provide a link to the page(s) (if it is an existing page) the update pertains to.
- If your update requires a new page to be created and you have a specific page name / URL in mind, provide that information in the body of the email.
- If your update includes the addition of a media file (image, video, audio file, flash), attach that file to the email (versus providing a link to the file).
- If we need to access a system other than your Valitics website (i.e. live chat clients, blogs, RSS feeds, other CMSs, CRMs, etc.), provide a link to the login location and login credentials.
- Do not forward emails to Valitics. Valitics requires that all instructions for the update be provided in the body of the actual email you create and send to us (and referenced attachments you provide).
- During the course of the update, Valitics may contact you to advise or suggest better ways to accomplish your update and goals.
